Moore will join up with his old team-mate Paul Johnson and ex-Bradford back Stuart Reardon at the Wrexham club.
The 29-year-old, who won Super League and Challenge Cup honours with Bradford, was released by Wakefield due to salary cap restrictions.
The Keighley born forward joined the Wildcats in 2007 following spells with London Broncos and Leigh.
He has recently resumed his career after being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease in 2009.
