A number of the squad, including keeper Andy Lonergan, have been linked with moves away from Deepdale.
However, Lindsay insists that no players will be allowed to leave as they look to climb off the bottom of the Championship.
"We have had several phone calls from different clubs asking us to let some of our players go out on loan," Lindsay told the club's official website.
"The answer has been no every time and we want to make it quite clear to our supporters that we are not interested in any monies whatsoever offered to us by clubs who are trying to take our players on loan.
"We are in a terrific battle to try and maintain our championship status. We are not going to do anything to weaken our chances."
